The high number of Japanese language errors in answering job interview questions is one the factors that cause failure technical intern candidates to be accepted work companies. Therefore, answers prepare for possible will usually arise interviews need known order corrected and improved so they can better following interviews. This study aims identify analyze forms found preparation. data source consists fifteen at LPK Ganesha Karya Abadi essay test. All were collected, identified, analyzed using Surface Strategy Taxonomy theory by Dulay (1982) supported morphology Yoko Hasegawa (2014) syntax Masayoshi Shibatani (1990) on errors. results showed grammatical test omission, addition, misformation, misordering. most common error was followed omission error, then addition least misordering error.
